This brief overview will get you up to speed with the new layout and features of our refreshed Analytics Manager.

Dashboards

Starred Dashboards

Access user-selected starred (favourited) dashboards, from the navigation bar for ease of access.

All Dashboards

Access the full list of dashboards that are currently available on the account.

Reports

Starred Reports

User-selected starred (favourited) reports are displayed in the left navigation bar.

Analytics

Analytics Widgets

Access data with more options and flexibility than conventional dashboards/reports. Users can query different date ranges, granularities, and metrics as required, using the different Analytics Widgets available.

Analytics Workspaces

Users can use their saved Analytics Widgets instances to generate a customised report.

System

Data

Options for the data management of the account, including data integrity, and import/export functions.

Project Management

Check the device tuning and configuration progress in a simplified list.

Rules and Thresholds

Configure and set custom rules for alerts based on user-defined threshold limits.

Report Scheduler

Configure automated reports, including the frequency they are sent out, and the recipient lists.

Support

Settings

Modify company details, site/area configuration, and device settings.

User and Contact

Create/delete user logins and authorisation levels, allowing control over the data and pages that each user/user group can access. Also allows contact list configuration for automated system alerts and notifications.

Hourly Data Analytics

Shows the performance metrics from different hours of day.

e.g., Compare the average footfall trend of weekdays vs. weekends

Time Series Comparison

Compare performance metrics across different time periods.

e.g., Compare the data trends between two different weeks of the year

Entity Comparison

Compare between different entities (Site, Area, Site Groups, Area Groups).

e.g., Comparing the performance of  different branch outlets

Metric Comparison

Compare between the different data metrics available on the platform.

e.g., Compare the footfall counts and outside traffic across different hours of the day 

Pivot Table

Generate a data table using an intuitive drag and drop interface, allowing comparisons across different entities, metrics, and time intervals.

e.g., Generate a table with footfall, outside traffic, and average dwell time

Heatmap Table

Generate a table that shows high/low values, indicated by color scales.

e.g., Find out the peak (and lowest) footfall hours of the store for a specific day

Query Builder

Build customised data queries using entity relationship diagrams.

Analytics Workspace All Workspaces

Create Analytics Workspaces, that allow users to combine saved Analytics Widgets instances into a single dashboard/report.

Settings  Company

Change company-wide settings, such as company name, logo, weekday/weekends, and email/FTP settings.

 

Site

Create and manage Sites on the account.

 

Area

Create and manage Areas on the account.

Note: Areas are subsets of Sites

 

Device

Add/Delete and manage the devices allocated on the account.

 

Site Group

Group Sites into a Site Group for reporting purposes.

 

Area Group

Group Areas into an Area Group for reporting purposes.

 

Floor Plan

Upload and edit Floorplans that are used in some dashboards and reports.

 

User and Contact Users

Manage user logins under the company account, including settings for site access, changing user groups, etc.

User Group

Configure settings for each user group.

Contact Management

Add users to contact groups based on system roles, allowing each group to receive system alerts that are related to their respective responsibilities.
