The wayfinding experience started with a “You are here” spot on the floor map to indicates user’s current location, where users can pan and zoom to explore the stores or places nearby with interactive information.

Quick reference buttons are available in the wayfinding software to facilitate users in finding the access or facilities such as elevators, concierge counters, ATMs, restrooms, etc. Simply tap on the reference button and selected facilities will be displayed on the floor plan.

Graphical Route Visualization from Point A to Point B
As soon as the destination is selected, the shortest route will be calculated and an animated path will be displayed on the floor plan, visualizing the directional route to destination from the current location. Users can select other stores within the same category without having to leave the page.
